Ordering

The easiest way to buy from us is through the website, using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Once your order is placed you will get an email confirming the order and the payment.

We are also happy to take an order by phone or email, paid by Visa or Mastercard. For a manual order we need your order details, your preferred payment method, your shipping address, your email and your phone number.

Delivery

• Flat rate $20 for Australian orders under $200.
• Free shipping on Australian orders of $200 or more.
• Click and collect from our Cowaramup shop is free.

We ship within Australia only.

We ship from regional Western Australia. We pack orders promptly, but delivery times vary with where you are and we cannot control the carrier. Any delivery time we quote is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Do not throw the packaging away. Take photos and contact us straight away at store@reborncode.com.au or 0423 976 206, and we will sort it out.
