ORDERING

The most efficient method to purchase from us is through our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. After completing your online order, an email will confirm receipt of both the order and payment.

We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

DELIVERY

To minimize shipping costs, we provide a fixed rate of $20 for orders under $200. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. This policy applies exclusively to Australian orders.

Although orders are packed quickly, variations in freight times may occur due to our rural location in WA.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

When ordering online with RBC, customers should feel confident. The returns policy includes exchanges, credit notes, or full refunds if the item is not suitable.

 

  • For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items
  • For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us within 7 days and return the item to us within 24 hours of receiving your Returns Authorisation Number. 
  • Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
  • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All refunds will be less $20 freight
  • We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
  • Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
  • Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
  • Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
  • All items must be returned at the expense of the customer
