The easiest way to purchase from us is through our website using Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming both your order and payment.

Delivery
We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 for all Australian orders under $200. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Please note that we ship from regional Western Australia, and while we dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Reborn Code. If it’s not quite right, we offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes under the following conditions:
Change of Mind or Incorrect Fit

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return

Return the item within 24 hours of receiving your Return Authorisation.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted

Refunds

Available on full-priced items only

Sale items are non-refundable

Refunds will be less $20 shipping to cover original freight

Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

Exchanges & Credit Notes

Once your return is approved, you may request an exchange or opt for a store credit

Credit notes are valid for 3 years

Exchanges and credits are processed only after the original item has been returned
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty

We do not offer free returns for change of mind or incorrect size

We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be waived.
